Located on 5 acres of wooded property in Palm City, Florida, the cats at CFF live in secured, free-roaming campgrounds complete with cottages that they can enter at any time. There are plenty of places to climb and explore, soft spots to nap in the Florida sunshine and safe places to protect them from the elements.

C aring Fields Sanctuary in Palm City provides a natural, yet protected, cage-free environment for more than 175 cats.

A doptions: Caring Fields Felines found forever homes for over 400 cats this year.

T NVR: CFF's Trap-Neuter-Vaccine-Return program successfully helps to control the feral cat population in our community.

S pay/Neuter: Each year, CFF spays & neuters hundreds of cats, preventing the birth of thousands of kittens.

Seven staff members and a team of dedicated volunteers assist in everything from feeding and socializing the cats, to keeping the facilities clean, comfortable and safe 365 days a year. The vital services CFF offers to the community are made possible by the generosity of our supporters.

Cookie.jpg

AMAZING ADULT

COOKIE is a lively 5 year old girl who yearns for a quiet home with folks who love her.  Her reserved nature means it may take her a little patience and time to gain her trust, but once Cookie has been given that space, she will be seeking out pats and love from you.  Cookie does have some "spicey" moments, so an experienced cat owner will be her best companion.

Peaches.jpg

MAGNIFICENT MOM

PEACHES is a superstar! She lovingly raised her kittens...all of whom went to homes of their own.  But Peaches has remained behind.  Sanctuary life is hard for her because she desperately wants to be an "only" kitty.  As a result, visitors are not able to see her sweet personality.  When she was in a foster home with her kittens, her foster mother described her as a complete lovebug.

Sophie.jpg

SUNNY SENIOR

SOPHIE is amazing! This stunning tuxie is as sweet as they come. At 10 years young, Sophie qualifies for our Senior Medical Foster program...you provide love, cuddles, food, and litter, but CFF will provide all of her approved medical care delivered by our veterinary partners.  Let's give this special lady a spot on the couch and the love she deserves.

Big Nick.jpg

FANTASTIC FIV+

BIG NICK is a real charmer....and handsome too!  He is an affable older gentleman whose name is very appropriate...he is one big guy!   As is true of most FIV+ cats, he shows no symptoms of his virus and is not a threat to other cats as long as no fighting with DEEP bite wounds occur.  He lives peacefully with his companions in our FIV campground. He will also receive all of his medical care delivered by CFF's vets and at our expense....come meet Willie today!

Yahtzee 2021.jpg

LUSCIOUS LEUKEMIA+

YAHTZEE arrived at CFF a couple of years ago having been rescued from a shelter where his outcome was uncertain because of his FeLV status.  He was frightened, very thin, and reclusive.  Fast forward after the CFF recipe of medical treatment, nutrition, and LOTS of love, Yahtzee is ready for a medical foster home...you provide the love, food, litter, etc., and CFF's veterinary partners provide his medical care. His secret trick is that he has a completely silent meow although he "talks" to people frequently!

Every Thursday night or Friday morning we will post newly available kittens on our Facebook page @cffofpalmcity.
